Lochinvar Crest Commercial Condensing Boiler FBN2001 Natural Gas 2 Million BTU 96.2 % Efficiency. Max Temp setting is 185 degrees F.
This boiler was purchased new in 2016. It was installed in a building. Before it was ever used, the building had a flood of about 16-20 inches of fresh water on the floor. This boiler was sitting in water. I am selling this boiler AS IS for parts because it was subject to flooding.
Upon visual inspection, I see no signs of water damage to any of the boards and the boiler powered on fine and all of the menus work fine. I do see some light rust marks on the exhaust on the rear of the boiler. There was also some light silt on the floor of the boiler that wiped off with a cloth. I see no staining or permanent damage caused by the water. All of the major electronic parts and circuit boards were above the water line. However due to the history of the flood damage, I am selling this AS IS for parts/repair. If you have any questions please message me.
It has ZERO hours of use. It was never put into service and was immediately removed after the flooding. Serial numbers available by request.
