Payment:
Payment MUST be received within 7 business days of sale\'s end. Unpaid cases open automatically on the 8th day. Buyer pays calculated USPS/UPS/FedEx charges. We do not charge handling fees. We only accept PAYPAL or cash on pick up for our items.
Shipping :
We pay for shipping insurance on all orders over $100 to cover both parties in the event of shipping damage. We will do our best to work through all shipping damage claims but the ultimate responsibility for shipping damage will fall on the shipping company.
Local pick up is available during Department business hours Monday-Friday 8AM - 4PM. Items must be paid through PAYPAL prior to pick up. If you need to make pick up arrangements outside of our business hours, please contact us through messenger. Items MUST be picked up within ONE WEEK of payment.
We offer International sales through Global and some items also offer alternate International shipping. For these items we will not falsify the customs declaration values. International buyers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, etc. imposed by the buyer\'s home country.
Return Policy :
Items MUST be returned for any refunds. Buyer pays return shipping. We do not cover original shipping cost. We do not offer partial refunds. Refunds will be given as money back.
Items may be returned for any reason. Item must be returned within 30 days from the end of sale in the condition it was received. We do not issue partial refunds, nor pay for repairs of items damaged in shipping. Refunds are issued as money back: we do NOT exchange/replace returned items unless approved ahead of time.
