Payment policy

• Payments must be received by KC Tech Supply LLC within 96 hours of the sale date, unless special arrangements are approved by seller.

• KC Tech Supply LLC only accepts payments for confirmed addresses.

• An unpaid item case will be opened if payment is not received within this 96-hour time period.

Shipping policy

• KC Tech Supply LLC ships all items following payment, within 1 business day. The exceptions are: an item needs additional handling/packaging or the provided shipping address is not valid.

• Shipments are typically made through USPS Ground Advantage, USPS Priority Mail, or UPS Ground for big items.

• If an item listing includes shipping choices, you can select your preference during checkout.

• If you need overnight shipping, KC Tech Supply LLC can arrange this, but you need to request it before purchase.

• All items are carefully packaged carefully to protect against damage during shipping.

• Recycling: To help protect the environment, we use recycled boxes and packaging materials. This reuse means your item may arrive in a box that once contained a different item. Recycled packaging save you money because we can ship more cheaply and charge less for our items.

• All packages include tracking numbers posted to the system when the shipping label is created.

• International buyers & shipments: KC Tech Supply LLC will ship internationally via Global Shipping Program (GSP).

• Item shipping costs are estimated for the contiguous USA. KC Tech Supply LLC can ship to Hawaii, Alaska, and Puerto Rico, but UPS shipping costs may increase. Please request shipping quote for these 3 locations before purchase.
