This antique cornet is a Lyon & Healy \"Own Make\". Made in Chicago around 1901. The serial number is 1076. It is in good condition. The silver plating is worn in a few spots, specially noticeable on the valve casing. It has 3-pronged valve guides, mother of pearl finger buttons, shepherd\'s crook and double water key. It does not have any major dents, just some very minor dings and signs of use. All valves and slides move freely. It comes with the mouthpipe to play in A. It has Reynolds mouthpiece. It comes in the original hard case which is in good condition for its age - all hinges and latches work and it has the original handle. Please see photos for more details. Thanks!
