With a beautiful linseed oil finish, this m1 carbine stock is perfect for your m1 carbine that has a worn out cracked or damaged stock. These will either be black walnut or Birch with a matching handguard with all metal included and ready to mount onto your rifle. This stock will at minimum have its armorers p stamp and may also come with other marking from its original manufacturer. Most of these were used in world war 2. There will be no major repairs done to these stocks and some may have some minor little dents that remain from battle and use that could not be removed from the steaming process. These are coated with 12 coats of linseed oil and whe whole process takes a month to complete. And each one is serialized after it has been refinished as well as the handguard. SORRY but I will not hand pick stocks or different makes or manufacturers. The stock you get will be very similar to the condition and finish as what is pictured.
