This durable steel hub and drum provides effective braking surface for both electric and hydraulic brake assemblies (3-3/8″ size), ensuring reliable stopping power. It's specifically compatible with Dexter axles Manufactured after 07/2009, making it a versatile choice.
Key features include pre-installed races and studs for easy assembly, an oil bath hub for simple lubrication, and compatibility with high-temperature axle grease. While it directly replaces Dexter New Style axles (9,000 lb. and 10,000 lb.), it requires separate purchases of inner and outer bearings, oil seal, oil cap, and lug nuts.
This hub and drum is commonly used in various heavy-duty trailers like Flatbeds, Equipment Trailers, and Dual Tandem Trailers.
