Wishnevsky Mandocello, 3 years old, played very little. The makers motto is "I make affordable string instruments for the working musician".
Website: This is a well-made, working instrument, but cosmetics are pushed to the backshelf to keep the price low.
As the pics show, there's a knothole in the top, a knot in the back, runs in the finish and an allen bolt attaches the neck to body. That being said, it has a
carved top and back, has great projection and has an optimal body shape and size. I paid $500 but didn't used it like I thought I would. Good second or
third instrument for guitarist or mandolinist.
As is, no returns, no case, will ship continental U.S. only. .
