It has a lot of wear due to its age.
A few options. I would say it’s semi working. It moves in place. I took some pics from different angles hoping a professional can restore it so it can be operational. Maybe too much optimism? Not sure, maybe just some minor adjustments?
However, that being said a great display piece.
I’m leaving the clean up to the buyer.
