For sale is this used Mccall PRC-5001 Full-Size Proofer Proofing Cabinet . It is overall in fair cosmetic condition, though it is a bit greasy and dirty from previous use. It includes the shown roll-in cart, though it is also quite greasy from previous use.The main issue we found was that the door doesn\'t want to fully close.See photos below for more details on physical condition.

The displays worked and showed the temperatures and set temperatures as they should.The current temperature in the proofer showed as being 199F even when the unit was still cold.I tried setting the unit to heat up and also cool down, but it never did. We are not sure why. Due to this it will be sold as-is for parts/repair. From everything I can tell it is in good working order. Feel free to ask any questions and thanks for offerding.
