All of our items are either pre-owned vintage or antique and may show usual signs of wear and use. No international buyers, please. Items must be paid in full within 5 days of the sale end.

Please note that we will hold items up to 30 days but any longer (without prior approval) incurr storage fees of 10% of the order total, per month.

Also please note that a 15% restocking fee may be assessed on returns for reasons OTHER THAN “Item not as described” per the Return Policy. All other returns, including deciding not to purchase the item, may also be assessed a 15% restocking fee.

Although we strive to get your item to you as quickly as possible, standard shipping time for freight items is 3-6 weeks, sometimes longer (and other times as quick as 1-2 days).

1. If you are picking the items up from our showroom or you are hiring a shipping carrier directly, then you can checkout without performing the following to request the shipping cost.
2. If you will be utilizing Bucks County Estate Traders to ship your purchase to you, then you must perform the following steps to ensure your order is processed correctly:
3. Proceed from your cart to the Checkout page. This is the page where it is prompting you for your payment information.?
4. Do not enter your payment information or click the "Pay" or "Pay with PayPal" buttons. Instead, scroll to the "Review item and Shipping" section. Locate and click the Request totalor request order totallink.
5. From the Order Details page, provide any additional details that might affect your delivery, such as driveway access, street parking only, 2nd floor or basement installation, elevator scheduling required, etc.
6. Click the Commit to buy & submit request. Once we receive your request, we will update the order with our best shipping price (we strive to respondthe same day). You will then receive a new invoice securely within , for which you can then provide payment.

• *** Please be assured that although states that you are committing to buy, we understand that you cannot truly commit to buying without knowing your shipping costs. If you are unhappy with the shipping costs for any reason, we will cancel the sale and refund any fees that may have been collected.

Local pickup is available Monday-Saturday, 8:30 am-4:00 pm in Hatfield, PA 19440.

• When purchasing shipping services through Bucks County Estate Traders, you acknowledge and agree to our shipping process which includes:
  • We use individual white-glove freight carriers. Your items will be blanket warpped and treated with the care deserved for your fine quality items. These carriers typically take 3-6 weeks to deliver. Again, this is a typical timeline and longer delivery is possible. Expedited shipping with a firm date is avaiable, but that pricing will be at higher rates. If expedited shipping is desired, you must request it and specify the requested maximum delivery date. All shipping is presumed to be standard 3 to 6 week shipping unless requested by the customer.
  • Our carriers DO NOT provide tracking information. They are not big national corporations. Instead, they are small businesses that provide personal care to the delivery of your items. Bucks County Estate Traders does track all of our shipments. We welcome you to communicate with us at anytime to get a status of your shipment. However, there are noexternal systems for you to track your shipment directly.
  • If you do not agree to these shipping terms, your may arange your own shipping with the carrier of your choosing for no additonal cost. Simply choose the Local Pickup option instead of shipping. We will also drop off your items at our local UPS store for free.
