Mitsubishi Mr. Slim MXZ-4B36NA-1 | 2-4 Zone Heat Pump | 3-Tons 36,000 BTU For Sale

Here we have a new, unused and never installed Mitsubishi MXZ-4B36NA-1 model 3.0-Ton Mini-Split Heat Pump outdoor unit that uses the new R410a refrigerant. We sell the new C series model currently in our store every day for $3,495 and on sale for $2,999 and they retail for $4,500. We actually have 2 of these. Ill list the other one, when I see how well this one goes. We bought them both last year from our AC business when they were returned by the freight company to us, due to them denting the top corner of the unit during transit, which you can see in the pictures. It is cosmetic damage only, which is why we bought them both to install in our home and use. There is no coil damage at all and no oil is leaking from the unit. That section of the unit is just empty cabinet space. We checked that out thoroughly before purchasing them.However, we never got around to doing the rest of the installation. We did a single zone in the master bedroom and absolutely love it, but we never got around to doing the 2 multi-zone systems. So, they are taking up space and they might as well get good use by someone else. They are still under warranty(7-years compressor and 5-years parts) and if by chance you ever do need warranty or other parts, we can still arrange that for you through our shop. They are 180 LBS on the pallet, so they will need to be shipped by truck to you. We can use our freight broker to arrange freight at our discount as well. The freight I put on here was to a commercial address or freight terminal pick up near you. If you need residential and/or a lift-gate truck that would be a little extra.This is the outdoor unit only, but if you need the indoor fan coils as well, we can sell you those through our shop. Those aren\'t scratch-n-dent though, so they would be at the normal price.This model can take 2, 3, or 4 indoor fan coils in either the ductless hi-wall mount, or the concealed in-ceiling ducted, or the in-ceiling cassette type. You can mix and match a combination of 6,000, 9,000, 12,000, 15,000, 18,000 and 24,000 BTU sized fan coil in 2-4 zones. Normal Outdoor Operating temps:
