- House addresses require $75 for lift-gate guarantee. This only applies to large freight items. Delivery does not include inside delivery. Freight items are only delivered outside. RETURN POLICY(Please read)-Cooler Depot does not accept returns unless your item is malfunctioned upon arrival. For UPS/FEDEX/USPS a shipping label will be provided for return.
