*Message us with your appliances model number and the part that you are inquiring about. We will provide you with the correct part number and confirm if we have it in stock or not.

*This item has been correctly diagnosed by a professional as the part needed to repair your appliance.

*If you need a part that you can not find on or elsewhere, please message us as we have thousands of appliance parts not listed. We also specialize in obsolete parts that have been discontinued by the manufacturer.

Shipping:

*We ship the same or next business day (including Saturdays) formostorders.

*If you order multiple parts or a large or fragile part that requires a special size box or special packaging, please allow an extra day.

*Most parts ship free via USPS Priority or 1st Class, UPS Ground, or FedEx Home Delivery.

*Please contact us before ordering if you need expedited/overnight shipping. We will gladly ship it that way and include the cost of it in your order total.

*Message us immediately if your part(s) arrives damaged. We will work with you to refund or replace the part.

*Please note: Once your part has been shipped, it is out of our hands. We can not get it there any faster. We are not responsible for USPS, UPS, or FedEx shipping delays.

Returns / Refunds

*We accept returns within 30 days of delivery in most cases.

*Return reasons of ?doesn?t fit?, ?changed mind?, etc. will incur a 20% restocking fee and you will be responsible for return shipping fee.

*If for some reason your part is defective or does not work, we will pay for return shipping. Upon return, the part will be retested. If the part is in working order, you will incur a 20% restocking fee and will be charged for return shipping.

*If any returned part is damaged and/or unsellable due to buyer misuse, buyer will be charged based on s partial refunds guidelines.

*Allparts are watermarked for fraudulent return reasons.If you swap our new or used part out with your broken one and try to return it for any reason you will not be given a refund and will be reported to immediately.
