This is a brand new 1985 LGB Holzmodellbausatz wooden model kit number 5003 made in West Germany. These kits are very very rare! This kit is absolutely brand new all packages contained our sealed instructions and stickers are in new condition. I have only found two people that know anything about these kids and both say they haven\'t seen a new complete set for sale in over 20 years! Here in Colorado at Mizell trains this is one of the smaller buildings I have and it cost $400 in the early 90s. Being as they were so costly very few are actually made it here to the US. I only have one of each of the four units posted and I am unable to get anymore. Once they\'re gone they\'re gone what you see is what you get.
