This item was removed from excess inventory of a large government facility. Unit is new in box however boxes show signs of shelf ware and are dirty!! Boxes sat out in a 3” snowstorm for a few hours before I picked them up so they may show signs of water exposure. Unit itself was not exposed to water directly just the box.
