- House addresses require $75 for lift-gate guarantee. This only applies to large freight items. Delivery does not include inside delivery. Freight items are only delivered outside. Please do not discard any pallets or packaging until you have inspected and tested your unit. If you see damage to your item upon delivery please refuse the shipment and do not sign any delivery. The item will be returned to us and a new one will be sent out to you. If your area is deemed limited access, we may not be able to deliver to you.
