Warranty policy:

The manufacturer\'s Warranty is expired. The Serial number tag has been removed to prevent a warranty claim with the manufacturer. This oven is new and works as such.

Kitchen Classy offers a 90-day warranty on parts and up to $300 credit for labor.

Return policy:

We accept returns within 30 days of receiving the item as long as it is in the same condition that was shipped, bear in mind that if a return is approved you will be responsible for paying for inbound and outbound freight shipping fees, and in addition there will also be a 15% restocking fee imposed.

Shipping policy:

The shipping fee is additional, it is about$449to be paid directly to the carrier. This fee varies depending on your location. Please ask for the exact shipping fee before buying. Shipping insurance is encouraged.

We are centrally located in New York State, we ship anywhere in the USA mainland, and locals are welcome to pick up items free of charge. We use third parties shipping companies so please allow us at least 5 business days for handling.
