Hi, I have a new Drolet HT-1600 wood stove. The stove was purchased new by my family and has never been installed or used in any way. The stove is new but has been sitting in our basement for almost 2 years now,it may have a fewimperfectionsfrom sitting in storage and beingmoved around a few times in the basementalso could use a good cleaning. But it is in great overall condition. The stove can burn up to 70,000 BTU/h and can heat around 1,800 square feet. The stove dimensions are 25 1/8 W x 26 1/2 D x 32 5/8 H. The fire box is 18 1/4 x 15 1/4 so it can burn up to 18\" logs. This is a high efficiency EPA certified stove.

This stove cost over $1300 new, we were planing on finishing a 2000 square foot basement and using this stove to heat it in the winter but plans have changed and it has been just sitting in the basement for almost 2 years and we are not going to be finishing the basement anytime soon.
