This is a NOS. Rock shaft and tiller link adjustment plate.. it\'s the full kit. Never been used. I open the box and kind of put it together. I guess on some early model t older tillers can it be picked up by the newer tractors and in the \'80s and they came out with this kit but I believe the rock shaft can be used for anything. I\'m not guaranteeing that though, so please check your sources before buying
