OLD Primitive Bird House Antique Birdhouse Green and White Vintage:

We have this great primitive birdhouse made from what looks like a small old wood metal-band barrel. It has four nesting “ stations” with perches. The roof is made of wood slats with a metal cap. It sits on an inch thick round base. It’s still has some bird nesting material inside and needs a thorough cleaning and the lucky buyer gets to do that! It is painted a wonderful, aged green and white. It measures approximately 12” high and 11 1/2” across the base. The perches are a little loose and made of painted sticks. It has lots of charm and obvious weather wear. There is 1 inch chunk missing from the lip of the roof but this bit of damage just adds to its charm.
I found this incredible folk art birdhouse in New England. Painted a green and white color it is chippy in all the right places.
