It is in very good condition.
Has original paint.I have had this a few years, but have never used it.
It is a simple design. There is a lever on the right side that raises/lowers the lower planting \"blade\" into the ground & also engages the wheel drive.
I do not know if much, if anything is needed to use this.
That long wooden hitch will come off the planter easy for transport if needed.
That long wooden hitch is only held on by 2 bolts (1 upright, 1 across).
I have had those bolts out before when I bought the planter. This is a used piece of farm equipment being sold As-Is, Where-Is.
