Orange Sony Model TV–511 Black & White Portable TV Receiver Television Manual You are offerding on an orange Sony model TV–511 black & white TV receiver serial number 022849 manufactured January 1978. It comes with the operating instructions manual. When I bought this they said that it worked but now I am unable to test it because I would need to use a converter box. I did turn it on & the picture tube did come on but I am unable to hook it up to cable because the connector for the exterior antenna is not compatible. The expandable antenna pulls out 35 inches but it does not go all the way back in like it should. The TV rotates nicely so that you can watch it with it in the upright position or lying down. The case is in good shape no cracks or chips. The power cord appears to be original and in good condition but I do not have any other cords(charging, antenna or earphone). The carrying handle is in good condition. The channel changers turn freely & the on off switch pulls in and out and moves nicely. The chargeable batteries are included but the cover for that isn\'t hooked on one side. A very collectible TV & in a more desirable color than all the black ones I saw listed while researching. Add it to your collection. I normally do not accept returns. I feel that it is your responsibility to make sure of what you are getting. I describe items to the best of my ability. I am not an expert so I may be wrong. Look the photos over good and ask questions. I will send other photos if requested. If you and I both agree that I have misrepresented my item, I will return original purchase price. but Item sold as listed, pictured, and described.
