INTERNATIONAL: A replacement item or a full refund will be given after 20 working days for Europe (4 weeks) or 25 working days for the rest of the world (5 weeks) this is the time set out by Royal Mail, please review there P58 international claims form for confirmation.
DAMAGED ITEMS:
A full refund or replacement item will be sent out once I receive a clear picture of the damaged item and or the packaging. I can not refund without this evidence as I require it to make any compensation claims with the Royal Mail.
