Possible error coin, certain parts of the reverse side strike appear to have been struck more than once, shows a very slight effect to the appearance of lettering, but is more pronounced when looking at the rim height. There is no guarantee that this coin is an error coin, it looks that way to me but I’m not an expert in that area and my eyesight isn’t what it used to be.
