As Found. Its seen a bit of moisture by the rusty nuts on the switches.
I opened this up and I didn\'t spot any swollen, burned, or broken components. I attached to a battery and the LEDs lit when switches activated, except RF. I didn\'t try to drive this as I have no source, antenna, or dummy load.
