This Parasound Halo A23 Power Amplifier is a two-channel, high-quality, solid-state class AB amplifier that delivers outstanding sound performance. Each channel has both balanced (XLR) and unbalanced (RCA) inputs, and gain can be set per channel. With an oversized, shielded toroidal transformer, and massive 40,000uF filter capacitors, the amplifier provides an unshakeable 125W RMS full-bandwidth into 8 ohms, with 225W into 4 ohms. The channels can also be bridged to provide up to 400W into one 8 ohm load. It is THX certified, with vanishingly low noise and distortion, and power bandwidth from 5Hz to 100kHz, ideal for hi-res content. The Parasound Halo series represents a combination of elegant circuit designs backed up with rigorous engineering and convenient design.
The listed amplifier is in excellent cosmetic and functional condition. The item will be packaged securely in its original box and an IEC power cable (not original) will be included. Not all original documentation may be present.
