It does turn on and makes a very loud humming sound. It appears as well that the pulley is unattached from the channel tuner. There is a crack on the left side of the radio as seen in pictures. It measures approx. 18in L x 12in H x 10in W. The plug in appears to be in ok shape. This might be a good restoration project or good for parts or even a great decorator piece. It is being sold as is so please if there are any questions I will answer them to the best of my ability. I don\'t know anything of these but I will do my best. Thank you.
