This cup by Porsgrund Norway is in excellent condition. It is made of white porcelain, decorated in a nautical theme in a deep green shade. It was made in 1979, per the back stamp. The scene appears to be a fleet of Viking ships plying the waters, with seagulls flying overhead. I have not been able to find any record of this pattern. Porsgrund designed dishware for the cruise lines, but I have not seen this one anywhere. At 8 oz. capacity, it is a dainty cup by today’s standards. It would be great for cappuccino.
