This is aPrecision Apparatus Vacuum Tube Multi Meter EV-20 VTVM and Multi-Range Tester with leads. I really do not know if it has everything it needs to be fully functional. I plugged it in and the power came on. This is a rare and hard to find meter. On the front of the meter is says \"PRECISION APPARATUS CO. ELMHURST, L.I. NY., U.S.A.\". It also says it is a \"Series EV-20 V.T.V.M AND MULTI-RANGE TEST SET\". The meter shows appropriate wear and tear for its age and use. On the back of the meter there is a metal plate that says \"PRECISION APPARATUS CO., INC. ELMHURST L.I. N.Y. U.S.A. MODEL No. EV-20 SERIAL No. 4273 TO REPLACE BATTERIES REMOVE PLATE BELOW\". Also on the plate is a emblem that is for the Precision company and it says \"Standard of Accuracy\". The black paint on the back of the meter has a few dings on it. Please see pictures.
