How are our teas made?
Our oolong tea leaves are first grown and harvested in China. Once the leaves are picked, they are laid out in the sun to start the fermentation process, then shaken in baskets, and dried again and left to ferment a little longer. How do I prepare my tea?
Simply remove the outer paper packet to reveal the inner tea filter bag, and place the teabag into a mug or teapot. Add hot water (200-250 degrees Fahrenheit) and let the oolong tea leaves steep for 3-10 minutes. Once the water turns reddish-brown, you may drink it as-is unsweetened, or you may add sugar, honey, milk, cream or ice to your preference.
