How to Use

How to Maintain the Griddle
Step 1: Wipe the residual impurities on the surface of the griddle with a cloth.
Step 2: Use sandpaper to polish the surface of the griddle vigorously.
Step 3: Heat the machine to 260 degrees and wipe it with lard or pigskin or other cooking oil.
Step 4: After keeping it hot for half an hour, put the oil in and wait for it to turn black, and then shovel it off.
Step 5: Put new oil again and repeat several times.
