Sales tax policy: In accordance with applicable state and local laws, we are required to charge sales tax in localities where World Wide Stereo has operations. World Wide Stereo does not benefit from the collection of sales tax and we remit all taxes collected directly to the appropriate taxing jurisdiction.

Sales tax will be applied to orders shipping to any of the following states: AZ, CA, CO, CT, FL, GA, IL, IN, KS, KY, MD, MA, MI, MN, NV, NJ, NC, OH, PA, SC, TN, TX, UT, VA, WA, WI.

Shipping:

We can only ship to the confirmed US Paypal Address on your Paypal account. Please confirm your shipping address prior to completing your payment. We offer free ground shipping within the continental US. We do not offer shipping to PO Boxes, AK, HI, APO/FPO, or outside of the US.

Most items are shipped within 1 business day of payment (with exception of weekends and holidays) via Fedex. Oversize items ship via motor freight carrier and are indicated in the listing. Freight delivery is by scheduled appointment, normally within 7-10 business days. Please confirm your phone number in your Paypal account prior to completing your payment so we can schedule your appointment.

TVs over 40” are eligible for local pickup only and cannot be shipped. For local pickups, our outlet store is open Monday-Friday 9:00 AM - 4:00 PM ET. For more information, please feel free to contact us at 866.961.7781.

Some shipments may require signature confirmation at delivery. Once your order has shipped it cannot be cancelled or changed.

Refused packages:

In the event that you refuse your package for any reason other than shipping damages, you will be charged a restocking fee and the full round trip shipping cost. This includes packages that are returned to sender due to non-deliverable addresses.

Return Policy:

The quality of our products is guaranteed. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return eligible items* in their original condition and packaging within 30 days of receipt of your shipment, less applicable shipping and handling costs.

In the event where merchandise is not in its original condition or is missing original packaging, manuals, accessories or other components, a partial refund will be given. Partial refunds are calculated on a case-by-case basis. Buyer pays return shipping on all elective and buyer’s remorse returns.

*Eligible items include all items sold by the World Wide Stereo Outlet with the exception of:

• Televisions larger than 40\" in size
• Furniture, and oversized product shipped via a motor freight carrier
• Car audio equipment that has been installed or where wires have been cut
• Tablet, Notebook, Computer or Cellular Devices

How do I return a product?

Step 1: Call us at 1.866.961.7781, or request a return through

When calling, please have your order information ready to obtain a Return Authorization Number (RMA#).

Please note that returns will not be accepted without an RMA

Step 2: Pack your return carefully

All returns and exchanges must be double-boxed (the manufacturer’s box must be inside of another box designed for shipping). Please pack the product in its original packaging with all original contents. Securely double-box your return inside the original shipping carton or any plain, unmarked cardboard box for shipping. A safely packaged and complete return is less likely to incur damage or a restocking fee.

Step 3: Ship your item back to our returns center

Please cover or remove any old shipping labels or tracking numbers on the outside of the return shipping box, and ship your merchandise to the address provided with your RMA#. We recommend using an insured and trackable shipping method as we cannot be responsible for anything lost or damaged on its way back to our return center.

What if my product is damaged/defective?

In the event of any shipping damage, please reach out to us at 866.961.7781 or through messaging as soon as possible. Damage claims must be made within 24 hours of your delivery date.

All items are tested prior to shipment and are in working condition. In the event of a manufacturer’s defect within the 30-day return period, please contact us for an RMA to return the product for a refund. Outside of the 30-day return period, we are happy to help you obtain warranty service through the manufacturer.
