EveryDrop wireless flow meters provide highly accurate, real-time water use monitoring. Connect the flow interface to a Rachio sensor port for flow data in your Rachio app. (Not compatible with first-generation Rachio controllers.) Calibrate the flow meter to monitor water use for individual irrigation zones and trigger alerts for abnormal behavior. The device requires two AA batteries and installs in-line on a standard 1-inch water supply line after a back-flow preventer. That means that you have to cut pipe in order to install, so we recommend you consider calling a professional to install your flow meter.

The Model WM-1000 is a 900 MHz wireless flow meter for above-ground installs that contains our performance-leading vortex flow meter, which communicates wirelessly to our Flow Interface receiver. These together create industry-leading wireless and flow-sensing technology, in the most affordable package on the market. This package is designed for flow meter installations above ground and near the house, where range and obstruction are limited.

Shipping

Items ship within 1 business day of cleared payment.

We ship with USPS, UPS, and FedEx, depending on the size and weight of the product. We do NOT ship to P.O. Boxes! We can ship to Hawaii, Guam, Puerto Rico, and Alaska, ONLY if the item is under a pound.

We do not ship outside of the United States, or to freight forwarding companies.

We do not sell products to resellers.

Local pick-up is available for those near the Sacramento area.

All items above $500 require a signature at delivery.

Please make sure the ship-to address is correct at the time of payment. We are not responsible for packages that are shipped to the incorrect address due to buyer error.

In the checkout process, a phone number must be added since our delivery company requires this for all packages.

We are NOT responsible for missing packages! If the package was marked “Delivered” by the carrier and goes missing, it is up to the customer to contact the carrier and open a claim!

Returns

If you have an issue, please contact us through first before leaving response. Your satisfaction is our #1 goal! If there is a problem with the product, you must contact us within 30 days of arrival so that we may resolve the issue within your warranty period. Our support team is solely email-based and they respond to each email within 1 business day.

There is a 15% restocking fee for any non-defective returns. SO, if you receive the product and do not want it, we will automatically take 15% out of the total amount before refunding the rest of your money.

Return shipment cost is free. We do not have the means to reimburse already-purchased postage.

VERY IMPORTANT! If you return an item not properly packaged we will return an item to you without a refund. Item must be packed in the exact same way as we did. We always put tons of bubble wrap or other protective material to avoid any damage during shipping.

Do not attempt to repair the item on your own. This will void the return policy. We will not issue a full refund if we discover that the item is not returned in the same exact condition it was sent.
