The Vive Camera Company was established in Chicago, IL (USA) back in 1893. To drum up business early on they made a very limited number of these souvenir cameras that they gave out for free with a catalog (the original catalog is included) hoping you'd buy one of the better cameras they offered. They went out of business in 1908 after only 15 years. This example is in pretty good condition. Information about the camera is inside the box. Obviously untested (unknown what film was used).
