RCA VICTOR MI-1425 SPEAKER MECHANISM / FIELD COIL DRIVER with MI-1453 DIRECTIONAL BAFFLE HORN. Used in RCA Theater Sound system togetherwith bass W-Bin Bass speakers and baffles.
This MI-1453 horn is made out of plywood, woodwork is in sound condition and holds up well. It has original black paint ( paint is missing or cracked in some places, withtiny white paint spots on front, see pictures). There aresome dust/dirt on outside from long storage on stages,see pictures. Horn dimensions are 25\" x 28\" x 26\".
The RCA MI-1425A Speaker Mechanism driver is in original condition and clean, Voice Coil has about 9.4 Ohm of electricconductance and Field Coil is 0.94 kOhm, see pictures. Field Coilvoltage is115 VDC.
Made by RCA in Camden, NJ.It shipped with one original bakelite 110VField Voltage Socket and copy of unit\'s schematic and description from original RCA Photophone PB32 System Manual .
