I thoroughly cleaned this doll. Her face paint and teeth are original. I did add blush to her cheeks, chin, nose and forehead and I varnished her lips for shine and her teeth for extra stability. All of her joints are tight as they should be and she is fully posable and can stand alone but I have also included a stand for display safety. She has a nice peachy even color over all. Her eyes work as they should.
If she has ever been opened for repair I cannot tell and her pull string and ring are present but she is mute.
She has light and slight red staining at the very top of her arms which is almost unnoticeable but no other marks or stains that I found. Her ring finger and pinky finger were gouged but I repaired them. I believe her hair has been trimmed but not cut on however there are a few missing plugs I found while styling her hair. No clumps of hair fell out while I styled it and there are no thin or bald spots.
She is wearing an original tagged solid blue party dress with a crinoline, a white eyelet bolero and blue velveteen shoes. I replaced the elastic in the sleeves of the bolero and patched a tiny hole in the bodice. I replaced the elastic straps of the shoes. I repaired various rips in seams, repaired a shoulder strap and a sash, patched a tiny hole in the skirt, patched a hole where half of the snap was torn out and replaced that half of the snap. Her panties and socks are new. I made her a new hair ribbon.
This doll comes from a smoke free home. I believe I have disclosed everything I know about this doll to the best of my knowledge.
