This was purchased for a project that never got off the ground... So it was never used by us. When we purchased it used it was said to be in good working condition.Unfortunately 2 ink lines are now plugged. We had tech come out to check it out and they discovered the 2 lines plugged. Auto Cutter should work fine... So would be useful for vinyl graphics, etc.Comes w rip software and hard drive of other art files.
