Use: This tool is threaded down the length of the handle with either wool or thin strips of fabric for rag rugs. Punched intohessian fabric held over a frame it makes loops on the underside which can be left or cut later.
Condition:Metals slightly darkened with signs of handling on wooden handle but with original spring made of dark but clean metal. All good working order and jaws open wide to grasp fabric and hold it firmly.
