We will ship via FedexFreight Priority for $99.00. This service includes residential curbside,tailgate delivery. Fedex does not offer inside white glove delivery.

Some smaller items will shipvia Fedex Ground/Home delivery.

PACKAGING INFORMATION:

All new in box items willship in the original packaging from the manufacture, and will be strapped to apallet. All floor models will have loose parts secured and wrapped, and theappliance will be bubble wrapped, shrink wrapped, protected in cardboard andstrapped to a pallet for safe shipping. Built-in refrigerators will be boltedto the skid when shipping bolts are available.

FREIGHT DAMAGE:

All of our shipments areinsured. We take care in ensuring that every shipment is carefully packaged forprotection during transit. Unfortunately things can happen. We ask that you pleasetake the time to inspect your shipment BEFORE signing for it. If you do nothave a chance to inspect the shipment completely, please check DAMAGED (uponinspection) on the Freight Bill of Landing. If there is concealed damage andyou have checked the damaged box, please contact us right away. As long asthere is freight damage noted on the receiving BEFORE the items are signed for,we will file all freight claims, and work with you to resolve the issues rightaway. If there is concealed damage, and but you signed for the shipment, thesignature relieves the shipping company of all damage claims.

RETURNS:

Please note that shippingand handling is not refundable. The buyer is responsible for the returnshipping costs.
