These highly collectible lamps were only sold in June 2011 during the final days of the resort, and sold out within hours of the casino opening the doors to the sale. A quick Google will uncover numerous local and national articles fascinated by these very attractive lamps.
Measuring approximately 22 inches tall, with a base of about 7x5x3 inches, the camel lamps were never intended for sale and were created just for the Sahara. Who knows which celebrity guests used this fully working piece of Vegas history?
Lamp is in used but nice condition. Usual wear as to be expected by daily working piece of hotel room furniture. Camel has one ear missing, but it is hard to notice until you move close. Please take a look at the gallery above for a better idea.
