We usually go the extra mile to make you happy at this point. Please note refunds are gladly given if you want to return the item that you just received from us. The only way I have ever given a refund on shipping is if I made a mistake in my description. I look each item over & make every effort to be accurate in the description of each item. Sometimes I am human and miss something in which case I will apologize and gladly refund the buyer.
I ship Parcel Post or UPS Ground to Far West in s time zone as it costs me more to those areas. My flat rate does not cover Alaska, Hawaii or Puerto Rico. Usually, the rest of the country will be either Priority, UPS GROUND or Parcel Post as I have no idea which way I am shipping it until I get it packed. Jewelry is always shipped 1st Class Postage. Videos & books are shipped Media Mail. I will send you an email with a tracking number when I ship. I combine shipping when it saves the buyer money.
We welcome out of U.S. buyers, however we will not list an item as a gift to save the buyer from paying custom taxes. It is illegal so please don\'t ask us to list it as a gift on the custom form.
We accept PayPal only since has a new rule requiring all payments to be online payments, Buyer pays shipping. The charges listed for shipping are for packages within the U.S.
Out of US, please email for shipping charges before offerding. Japan, United Kingdom, Canada, Frances & lots of other countries qualify for 1st Class insured shipping. 1ST CLass INSURED SHIPPING IS FROM 1/3 to 1/2 less in price than Priority mail.
