This is a black powder salute cannon. It is not meant to shoot a projectile it is just to make the loudest bang your neighbors have ever heard. Although it could shoot a projectile it is not made to and I would suggest not doing it. Buyer assumes all responsibility as far as local laws regarding salute cannons and I take no responsibility for any injuries using the device. With that being said I use one all the time and have such a blast with it. Also it\'s about 12 inches long with about an inch and a half barrell.
