Scag Turf Tiger, 61\" Deck, 2200 hours, 22HP Kawasaki horizontal shaft motor, zero turn.The unit starts, runs, drives and as expected. The motor and the hydraulics are strong but the motor has a coolant issue. You can see exhaust gas bubbles in the overflow tank when motor gets warm.
Last year the mower was serviced and it received a new OEM starter, battery, coolant flush, a new OEM head and gasket on one side. I am guessing either the new head was not torqued properly or the other side needs a head gasket and or a new head. It comes with 2 new head gaskets. It will need a ignition switch but still starts and runs now.
This was a spare mower and my only Scag soI have decided not to get back into it. Service it or put a replacement motor (27HP plug and play upgrade $1650.00) on it and go to work.
