This listing consists of a list of rare speculative bonds that are currently available from Collect-a-thonand our contacts. We do not list these bonds on for a number of reasons - for one thing, their values allexceed the maximum payment amount and only one in a million buyers has the resources to acquire such bonds.
The list provides the titles and purchase prices of currently available speculative bonds including Black Eagle 27,500, Liberty $10,000, Farmers 250,000 and 500,000, Queen Victoria 1000, etc. NONE of these bonds will be sold via \"compliance packages\" involving KYC\'s, CIS, SKR\'sor other such documents or \"trading platforms\" butSTRICTLY on a \"cash and carry\" basis with closingat an attorney\'s office inNew York or as designated by seller.
The list will be emailed to buyer\'s email address as provided by Paypal upon buyer\'s payment. Universal procedures for the sale of these bonds are (subject to each individual seller\'s approval):
1) Buyer (or buyer\'s rep) to provide buyer\'s corporate or individualname, address, telephone and email address.
2) Seller to send buyer an MOU (memorandum of understanding), to be signed by both parties, setting forth the specific terms and conditions of sale, including any commissions that are to be paid. There will be no separate IMPFA. If you are an intermediary and do not have a fee agreement with the buyer, please get one. Seller may or may not pay a commission (to be addressed on a case by case basis). Seller will provide serial number(s) of the bond(s) in the MOU but initially append only \"sanitized\" images thereof.
3) Upon signing of the MOU, buyer will deposit a minimum of 10% of the purchase price into an insured, interest bearing escrow account with seller\'s attorney or paymaster and/or block funds for the purchase via an MT799, MT103 or similar, or provide a performance bond.
4) Upon said deposit and/or blocking of funds, seller will provide complete unredacted photographs of the bond(s) along with Pass-Co or Perito authentication reports and allow seller a negotiable time period for due diligence.
5) Buyer to provide proof of liquid and/or blocked funds to seller\'s attorney via an MT199 or MT799 or other instrument acceptable to seller if not previously provided and a closing date and location will be set.
6) Buyer or buyer\'s authenticator may inspect the bond(s) at seller\'s attorney\'s office or the bank prior to closing. Closing to be conducted according to professional and legal standards as agreed upon by buyer and seller, preferablyusing ledger to ledger bank transfer(s).
If these procedures are not generally acceptable, then there is little to no likelihood of a transaction occuring, but the list may be useful to you for informational purposes.
In the event someone who orders our list does close on the purchase of one of the offered bonds, the $100 fee will be credited or re-imbursed.
