How long will it take to receive my item?

Transit times vary. We are located on the East Coast so shipments going out West may take a week to arrive once it has shipped from our warehouse in Georgia. If you need the equipment by a certain date, please contact us and we'll be happy to see what it would cost to get your freight Expedited with a Guaranteed Delivery Date. This option costs extra, but it's there is you decide you need to. What if my item is damaged?

Please don't panic! This doesn't happen very often. 100% of the items we ship are shipped with Freight Insurance. This protects both the Buyer and the Seller. We just ask that you please do not open an Case before contacting us first.
