This is a used level 2 stab vest by Survival Armor. It has some adhesive from tap on the insides ofbthe carrier where I taped up the bottom to use a smaller armor panel but is still useable. I dont feel like cleaning it off so I will leave that to you. The size is 22 x 16 meaning from side to sidr at the waist it is 22 inches and from the lowest point at the neck to the bottom center it is 16 inches. I am 5\'11\" and have a 44 inch chest and 34 inch waist and this fits me fine. I assume no responsibility for the misuse of this item and it is up to you to understand local, state, and federal laws concerning body armor. You cannot own this if you are a felon.
