The easy way to make your own cigarettes.
1. Place Crank Arm in starting position and slide cigarette tube onto nozzle. For 100MM size remove the Size Adjustment Plate.
3. Fill tobacco chamber evenly, staring from corners. Avoid overloading and very fine-cut, overly moist and overly dry tobacco.
4. Rotate Crank Arm clockwise in a smooth continuous motion. If jammed, do not force! Stop, clean the machine and start over.
/!\ WARNING: If the machine jams, do NOT force and do NOT reengage, doing so WILL cause damage! If jammed: Immediately stop, thoroughly clean it, then start over.
Please make sure to carefully read, understand and follow the user manual/instructions/guide for this item. Misuse will eventually damage the machine, and will void any return/refund eligibility.

Payments are securely processed via PayPal. Using PayPal you can easily pay with your Credit/Debit Card, Bank-Transfer/eCheck (eCheck is a payment that you make directly from your bank account, and just like a regular check, it usually takes several business days for an eCheck to clear). All payments are due within 4 days. If no payment received within 4 days we reserve the right to cancel the order at no prior notice. If you are unable to make full payment within 4 days, please contact us immediately to place your order on hold, or cancel it.
By law, we are required to collect appropriate sales tax for all sales made in the State of Pennsylvania (PA). Therefore, any order shipped to the state of Pennsylvania will be charged 6% Sales Tax from the total order amount, including shipping and handling, when applicable.
NOTE: All buyers are responsible to check and pay the required taxes, applicable in their country, state, region and/or city.
International buyers, please note: Import duties, taxes, and charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost. These charges are the buyer's responsibility. Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to offerding or buying. Customs fees are normally charged by the shipping company or collected when you pick the item up. These fees are not additional shipping charges. We won't under-value merchandise or mark the item as a gift on customs forms. Doing that is against U.S. and international laws.
Paid orders usually processed the next business day. Orders placed on Friday, Saturday and/or Sunday will be processed the following business day, Monday. Orders placed day before and during US holidays will be processed the next available business day. Most orders are shipped via the United States Postal Service (USPS). Tracking numbers, when available, will be sent to the provided email address, and posted on the order's details page. Sometimes, depending on the circumstances, the shipping method can be upgraded or shipped via different carrier (USPS, UPS or FedEx). If you do not want the shipping carrier to be changed, please leave us a note/message stating that during checkout.
Delivery Times: The delivery dates provided are estimated only, and while these dates are usually accurate, they are not guaranteed. Sometimes shipments may be delayed due to carrier delays, inclement weather conditions, customs delays, etc. If your order is delaying, please allow at least 7 business days (35-42 days for international orders) from day of shipment and contact us, or the shipping carrier, to initiate lost-item investigation.
Please be advised, orders can be shipped only to the confirmed address, provided at time of checkout. After checkout, orders cannot be changed, adjusted or revised (no exceptions). If the order quantity, shipping address or anything else turns to be wrong, the transaction must be canceled and new order has to be placed instead. All canceled transactions/orders are subject to a 5% cancellation fee. Returned, undeliverable and refused packages must pay full shipping and handling fees to reship (free shipping items are NOT excluded, and require to pay full repeat shipping and handling fees). Refuse or inability to pay for the repeat shipping and handling, and/or unauthorized returns, will result in a 30% unauthorized return fee, in addition to the restocking fee.
International buyers, please be advised of longer shipping times. International orders may take from 2 to 6 weeks (14-42 days) to be delivered, due to customs. After an order is delivered to your country, it usually being held in customs, for inspection and approval. Sometimes packages held in customs for up to a month. Therefore, actual delivery times are greatly vary and may take anything from 2 to 6 weeks to be actually delivered to you. Please be patient and allow enough time for delivery, if you cannot wait up to 6 weeks for the standard delivery, please upgrade your shipping method to EXPRESS Mail.
MartJet General Merchandise accept returns for unused and unopened items, and refunds to be issued as money-back or merchandise-exchange (when available). In case of return, the original and not tampered item, with the actual serial number, and including all the accessories, paperwork and original packaging-materials has to be returned in exactly the same and resealable condition as shipped. If the returned item is not in the same and/or not resealable condition as shipped, and/or shows evidence of tampering, misuse or forcing, return will be rejected and returned to the buyer at buyer's expense, or an appropriate, deductible, surcharge will apply (surcharge amount to be determined at sole MartJet discretion, up to the full price of the order). Return shipping costs, when applicable, are the buyer's responsibility. MartJet do not provide return shipping labels nor reimburse return shipping expenses in any other way. As a rule, shipping and handling charges are nonrefundable and a 20% restocking/processing fee is applicable for all refunds. In case of free or discounted shipping, the original shipping fee, paid by MartJet to ship the order to the buyer, and appropriate handling fee to be deducted from the refund (handling fee to be determined at sole MartJet discretion, up to $3.00 per item). In case of exchange, the repeat shipping and handling fees to be prepaid by the buyer, within 4 days, otherwise all return related fees and an unauthorized return fee of 30% will apply.
Please Note: Items with factory-direct warranty and/or manufacturer's warranty must use the warranty service, to get the item fixed or replaced. No returns will be accepted for damaged, defective and/or nonfunctional products under warranty. If damaged, defective and/or nonfunctional product under factory-direct warranty and/or manufacturer's warranty is returned, a 30% unauthorized return fee and a 20% restocking fee will apply.
NOTE: Return Policy exceptions are possible on a case by case basis, depending on the circumstances, at sole MartJet discretion; for example in case of our mistake. If you do not agree with MartJet terms or fees please let us know and we will carefully examine your request to see if it qualifies for an exception. For example, if the received item is reasonably different of what was described in our listing, the return/exchange fees, such as restocking fee, may be eliminated.
