- Item description – We try to be as descriptive as possible and include as much details and pictures as possible for each item we list.
In an unlikely event that we miss something or if the item is not as described, just let us know about the issue, so we can make it right.
- Shipping time – Most orders processed within one business day, and usually we meet (sometimes even exceed) the expected delivery dates.
In rare occasions of delivery delays, contact us or the shipping carrier to initiate an investigation (in case of loss we provide free replacement).
- Shipping charges – We offer FREE Domestic Shipping! International buyers get automatically calculated shipping and combined discounts!
International buyers please note that customs fees normally charged by the shipping company, these are not additional shipping charges.

Payments are securely processed via PayPal. Using PayPal you can easily pay with your Credit/Debit Card, Bank-Transfer/eCheck (eCheck is a payment that you make directly from your bank account, and just like a regular check, it usually takes several business days for an eCheck to clear). All payments are due within 4 days. If no payment received within 4 days we reserve the right to cancel the order at no prior notice. If you are unable to make full payment within 4 days, please contact us immediately to place your order on hold, or cancel it.
Unless otherwise specified, most orders are processed by the next business day. Orders placed on Friday, Saturday and/or Sunday will be processed the following business day, Monday. Orders placed day before and during US holidays will be processed within the next 1-2 business days. Most orders are shipped via the United States Postal Service (USPS). Tracking numbers, when available, will be sent to the provided email address, and posted on the order's details page. Sometimes, depending on the circumstances, the shipping method can be upgraded or shipped via different carrier (USPS, UPS or FedEx). If you do not want the shipping carrier to be changed, please contact us immediately.
Delivery Times: The delivery dates provided are estimated only, and while these dates are usually accurate, they are not guaranteed. Sometimes shipments may be delayed due to carrier delays, inclement weather conditions, customs delays, etc. If your order is delaying, please allow at least 7 business days (40-42 days for international orders) from day of shipment and contact us, or the shipping carrier, to initiate lost-item investigation.
Please be advised, orders can be shipped only to the address, provided/confirmed at time of checkout. After checkout, orders cannot be changed, adjusted or revised (no exceptions). If the order quantity, shipping address or anything else turns to be wrong, the transaction must be canceled and new order has to be placed instead. All canceled transactions/orders are subject to 5% cancellation fee. Returned, undeliverable and refused packages must pay full shipping and handling fees to reship (free shipping items are NOT excluded, and require to pay full repeat shipping and handling fees). Refuse or inability to pay for the repeat shipping and handling, will classify as unauthorized return (unauthorized return fees will apply, as outlined in the return and refund policy).
International buyers, please be advised of longer shipping times. International orders may take from 2 to 6 weeks (14-42 days) to be delivered, due to customs. After an order is delivered to your country, it usually being held in customs, for inspection and approval. Sometimes packages held in customs for weeks. Therefore, actual delivery times are greatly vary and may take anything from 2 to 6 weeks to be actually delivered to your door. Please be patient and allow enough time for delivery, if you cannot wait up to 6 weeks for the standard delivery, consider purchasing Expedited shipping, for faster and traceable shipping with insurance against loss and damage.
Unless otherwise specified, most items purchased from MartJet General Merchandise can be returned for a refund or for exchange within 30 days from day of purchase, to qualify items must be in unopened and unused condition. All returns are subject to 20% restocking fee, shipping and handling charges (if applicable), including any return shipping expenses are non-refundable. In order to receive return authorization number (RMA), customer must first contact us, before returning the product. Unauthorized returns and items returned in tampered, opened, used and/or misused conditions will be rejected and sent back to the customer at customers' expense, if we decide to accept such return (at our sole discretion) it may incur higher restocking fee, up-to 50%. Return policy exceptions are possible on a case by case basis, depending on the circumstances, at sole MartJet General Merchandise discretion; for instance in case of our mistake.
Items with factory-direct warranty must use the warranty service to get the item fixed or replaced; no returns will be approved nor accepted for damaged or defective products under manufacturer's warranty (only items in new and unused condition can be returned).
