This was a an opened and item was wrapped inside the tube bubble wrap, but for me, I just wrapped it around it as it was a tight fit. On one of the caps it looks like it is missing it\'s o-ring but I believe it is inside the cap at the top. I can see something there that looks like it should be the o-ring. The other side has it still attached.Please know that this is Untested, there is no way for me to test it. There are no returns, but the items looks brand new, maybe they thought it was missing the o-ring and never used it when in fact I believe it is inside the black cap at the top. now takes care of that, but items bought on pickup must be paid for at time of pickup or on .
