These are used but not abused TAD TL-1801 Low Frequency Drivers (18\" Subwoofers).

Fully tested with genuine TAD diaphragm, a legendary sounding diaphragm.

The TL-1801 from TAD (Technical Audio Devices) is a low-frequency loudspeaker featuring an 18-inch (460mm) driver. It features a high power maximum capacity of 800W thanks to the combined use of a 100mm diameter x 23mm winding depth, edgewise-wound, oxygen-free copper voice coil, a ferrite magnetic circuit with a high flux density of 1.12T, a lightweight transducer system using a cone made of highly rigid pulp and Aramid fibers, and an advanced heat radiation design. As a result, powerful sound reproduction with a minimum of distortion is possible, even with high-power input.
The frame for the driver is made of rigid die-cast aluminum alloy to support the magnetic circuit and to allow the transducer system to reproduce powerful, accurate bass. Frame resonance is suppressed by the seven frame arms. The cone is laminated with macromolecular film, and its surface specially treated to make it water-repellent and to prevent cone breakup from degrading sound quality.
Lightweight moving parts are employed and the voice coil is of the long-travel design, to ensure a high sensitivity of 96.5dB(1W,1m), an exceptionally high figure for its size. The large input terminal permits direct connection of speaker cables up to 14mm² (6 Gauge) in diameter.

RETURN POLICY:

Rat Sound Systems\' goal is to ensure customer satisfaction with every purchase!
If you are dissatisfied with the quality of your purchased item, or it was received defective, you can return it to Rat Sound Systemswithin 15 days of the purchase date. After 15 days you will need to contact the manufacturer with your proof of purchase to obtain warranty service.Claims for missing items or items damaged in transit must be received within three business days of receipt of merchandise.

• Product must be in the full retail, sealed package in order to qualify for a full refund
• All returned items for refund will incur a 15% restocking fee (including defective items that are not exchanged, damaged items, and DOA items).
• Defective items can be exchanged for a working unit with no restocking fee (customers must pay for transportation of unit back to Rat Sound Systems), but any return for refund will incur an 15% restocking fee
• Items returned in unopened resalable condition will receive a full refund MINUS cost to originally ship the order. Items deemed by to have \"Free Shipping\" are still subject a refund minus the actual cost to ship.

Domestic Customers:
Customer is responsible for shipping the item back to Rat Sound Systems (this includes return shipping for our non-local customers). For exchanges of product within the United States, Rat Sound Systems will pay for shipping of the new replacement item back to the customer.

International Customers:
Rat Sound Systems does not pay any postage (to and from, taxes, duties and brokerage fees) on international returns and exchanges. All transportation costs will be the buyer\'s responsibility.

ALL CUSTOMERS PLEASE NOTE:
Personal use items that are used at your mouth or in your ear cannot be returned, unless defective, due to sanitary health issues.
There are no exceptions to this policy so please do not ask.
