Regular green is usually found in tea bag form or leaf form, making it less concentrated with a bitter taste.

This is the powder form of green tea that is much more concentrated. Tea Zone Matcha Green Tea Powder replaces the bitter nature with creamy, sweet goodness. Therefore, this powder does not hold the same health benefits as traditional matcha. Itis made with the sole purpose of tasting good, so it does not help with lowering blood pressure, weight loss, or heart diseases.

Basic Recipe

The standard recipe uses 3 Scoopsof matcha powder. The powder itself is already sweetened, so depending on how sweet you would like your drink, it is recommended that you add the Tea Zone matcha Green Tea Powder in moderation. In fact, for best results, use the powder without added sweeteners at first. This will guarantee the taste of your drink.

Dalgona Matcha Latte: Whip egg whites until frothy. Gently sift Tea zone Matcha Powder and whisk until you get the whipped texture you desire. No extra sugar is necessary because the powder itself is already sweetened. Then place your finished whipped Dalgona Matcha on your favorite dairy or non-dairy milk and enjoy!

Iced or Hot Matcha Milk Tea: Add the desired amount of matcha powder. Add a few scoops of non-dairy creamer, and stir in hot water. Depending on whether you want it served iced or hot, fill up the rest of the cup with either hot or cold water. Add ice if desired.

Smoothie: In the blender, add the desired amount of matcha powder. Add a few scoops of non- dairy creamer. Then depending on the size of the drink add water and a large amount of ice. Blend and enjoy.

Coffee Iced or Hot: Add the desired amount of matcha powder (a few tablespoons) into your everyday coffee.

Milk or other dairy replacement: Add the desired amount of matcha powder into a glass of milk or milk alternative.

Ice Cream (with machine): Add the desired amount of matcha powder. Then whisk with milk. Mix with 2 cups of whipping cream and heat in a pot for 5 minutes with medium-low heat. On the side, whisk 2 eggs, and according to your preference for sweets, add more sugar. Then in this mixture add some of the heated mixture for a better blend. After, pour all mixtures back into the pot and continue to cook for 3 minutes. Leave in the fridge until chilled. Then pour your mixture into an ice cream maker.

Ice cream (without machine): Add the desired amount of matcha powder and mix until smooth with a little hot water. In a separate bowl, whisk 3 egg yolks until white and add sugar if desired. In another bowl whip the cream and add sugar if desired. Finally, mix all 3 bowls of mixture in a consistent manner. Freeze and ready to be eaten.
